She incorporates a blend of Relaxation, Indian Head, and Balinese techniques which stimulate the lymphatic System or you can choose to have a Hot stone massage which allows the muscles to warm up so deeper pressure can be applied, resulting in better circulation, relaxed muscles, boosting the immune system and aiding sleep.
